 „Infusion racing is a fun and simple racing game for 1-2 players in which the players control tiny submarines under a microscope. Each players' goal is to be the first one to pass three laps on the course while avoiding obstacles like moving paramecia and other microorganisms. There are different micro-submarines to choose from and you can gain special abilities when you scan a microorganism that you can use against your opponent.“ This version should be developed as a template for young students to make their own iterations of the game during classes. Every system and feature has to be implemented in a way so that the students can add more content later on (like custom levels, custom cutscenes for the level start, custom micro-submarines) It should NOT be required for the students to code the basic gameplay elements!

 ● How to get a Pick-Up Item: 

 (Scan a microorganism) While being near a microorganism, you quickly fill up your scanning meter for one of the three Pick-Up Items (Shoot Trichocysts, Long Speed Boost, Short Speed Boost) depending on the type of microorganism that you scanned. The scanning meter percentage doesn't reset when leaving the microorganisms scanning range so it is possible to fill it up over time while passing various microorganisms. Once your scanning meter for a microorganism reaches 100%, you get that specific microorganisms pick-up item and a short on-screen message should mention the microorganisms name. You can't have more than one active pick-up item and scanning is disabled until you use it.
